   I was wondering if I was at a 4 year school and passed 9 hrs in the fall and 6 in the Spring and then passed 6 more in the summer do I meet the 24 hour rule?

   Also, who is responsible for checking if I have 72 hours?

   Is it correct that if I don’t have those things I cant play?
